Meet Julia! I love helping people! Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in Puerto Rico & raised in FL. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology w/ concentration in Domestic Violence from University of Central Florida. A wife of 29 years & mom of 3 adult children. I spent over a decade working for the social and court system - the most impactful ones- teacher and domestic violence advocate. I took a leap of faith and left corporate to pursue my true calling and purpose - my passion - to help humanity. Today, I am now an Ordained Minister, Reiki Energy Healer, Spiritual Counselor, Bible Study and Support Group Leader, Florida Real Estate Advocate, and Business Owner.My motto in life, personal and business, is “By wisdom a house is built; through understanding it is established.” The combination of my ethics, morals, education, past employments, and personal history bring value to our company as a whole.
ADRIAN D’ARTS

Adrian’s career began in Savannah, GA where he studied Business at Armstrong College. It was here where he met his wife, of now 29 years. Adrian & Julia have 3 grown children and currently reside in Florida with their 2 German Shepherd Dogs. Adrian has over 25 years experience in heavy construction equipment rentals, sales, logistics, finance, and management. As previous rental manager and mainline salesman, Adrian coordinated transportation, supervised sales representatives, and inspected undercarriage and accessories for customers and company fleet. Throughout his career, Adrian has mentored and trained new representatives. In his personal time, Adrian enjoys mentoring people and is actively involved in Dave Ramsey Financial Peace University. Adrian understands the value in affordability, quality, and customer service. Adrian’s motto in life is “Focus on what matters- no distractions.”

Served in the United States Marine Corps (SC,NC,CA) USS Nassau & USS Guam.
My greatest goal is to give back to my country & community as much as it has given me.
It started with my education at West Hampstead High School, upon graduation, off I went to the Marine Corps. Unfortunately I could only serve for 3 years as injuries forced premature retirement.
Over the years I have been employed in managerial positions for several companies in diverse industries. Physical limitations prevented long term permanent employment in those positions.
I am so blessed to have a spiritual connection, which has brought me to serve my community in other ways. I was introduced to a beautiful humanitarian group which has given my life renewed purpose.
Recently I earned an AKC Evaluation Permit which keeps me involved with dogs & special needs individuals, including VA Veterans.
I can’t wait to help your dream come true!
